CFL Players of the Week - Week 19

The Eskimos remarkable drive into the playoffs was highlighted by the work of Adarius Bowman, this weeks Gibson's Offensive Player of the week. Bowman's tally on Friday included 10 catches for 226 yards and two touchdowns, a good portion of the Eskimos attack on their way to a close fought victory over Saskatchewan.

Other award winners for the week were Juwan Simpson, who made earned defensive honours after a career high 10 tackles in the Stampeders victory over Winnipeg on Saturday.

Mr. Automatic, Paul McCallum connected on all five of his field goal attempts on Saturday, an eye catching performance that earned him the Special Teams player of the week.

Andre Durie brought the Argos regular season to a close with some positive vibes,  making eight receptions for a career best 144 yards and two touchdowns, a performance that earns him the Canadian player of the week award.
