As the CFL is a quiet as a dead ant in a sound proof room about it ... what is the fine / suspension play whistled dead, and Turner delivering a hit that takes out an opposing teams QB for the rest of the season?? Or are we to infer that as long as we say "didn't hear the whistle", its open season on Quarterbacks?
