A familiar face returns to the honour rolls for the Gibson Player awards as Anthony Calvillo gains recognition for his latest record breaking efforts this past week in Toronto, it marks his second award this year so far.
The Eskimos Jerome Messam also gained his second award of the year, with recognition as Canadian Player of the Week. The BC Lions picked up another spot with Gibson's, earning their first award on defence thanks to the work of Solomon Elimimian against Saskatchewan on the weekend, while Larry Taylor rounds out the list as Special Teams player of the week with Calgary.
